How to order

01

Tell us what you want

Browse our collections and contact us with what you are after — or describe something specific not on the list. We will tell you whether we can get it.

02

We confirm and quote

We assess availability, confirm the order, and give you a full price including sourcing. No payment at this stage.

03

Deposit before we source

Once you approve the quote, you pay an agreed percentage upfront. This covers the work of going out and collecting, or commissioning the maker.

04

We go and get it

We source the item. Depending on what it is, this can be immediate or tied to a harvest season or production window.

05

Final payment and shipping

Before dispatch you settle the remaining balance. Shipping is calculated by destination — rates vary, and certain products cannot legally be shipped to all countries. We tell you this before you commit.
